Every listing shows a seller tier — Regular, Verified, or Premium — plus their location and ratings. Verified and Premium sellers have completed identity and business checks. Use this to decide who to trust for larger orders.
Message the seller through Akatare's in-app chat. Ask about quality, harvest date, quantity discounts, or delivery — and agree on final terms before you pay. Keep the conversation on-platform; it's your record if a dispute comes up.
Pay by mobile money, bank transfer, or card. Funds go into escrow and are held by Akatare — the seller doesn't receive payment until you confirm the order has arrived as agreed. This protects both sides: sellers know payment is real and committed, buyers know money isn't released blind.
Follow your order in real time. Akatare coordinates delivery for every order. Depending on the route, your order may be delivered directly by Akatare's logistics network, or Akatare may coordinate with the seller to fulfil delivery — but in every case, the delivery arrangement, method, and timing are determined by Akatare, not left to be worked out solely between you and the seller.

Prepare exactly what was agreed and hand it off per Akatare's delivery coordination for that order. Akatare coordinates and controls the delivery arrangement for every transaction — on some orders you'll deliver directly under Akatare's instructions; on others, Akatare's own logistics network handles delivery from your location. Accurate, on-time fulfillment on your side is what earns repeat buyers and good ratings.
